Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CodeSync Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

CodeSync Studio provides software development and consulting services. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any service without notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Change service fees upon notice
• Update these terms of service at any time

4. Project Terms

For custom software development projects:

• Project scope and deliverables must be agreed upon in writing
• Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement
• Changes to project scope may affect timeline and costs
• Intellectual property rights transfer upon full payment
• Maintenance and support terms are specified separately

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of CodeSync Studio or its licensors and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

CodeSync Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
